Please note, the availability of some flowers, colors, or containers may be substituted due to season and longer than normal shipping times. Your order may not be and exact replica of product photo but, we will be sure to send out a beautiful arrangment as close as possible! Our team is creative, dedicated to producing a high quality product and friendly customer service. Our goal is a positive experience that reflects that.  

Gourmet Baskets, Fruit, Flowering Plants, and Tropicals may require 24-48 hours notice prior to delivery. This is to ensure we can get fresh product in. 

Please add any helpful delivery information to "special instructions" to your order. For timed deliveries, special requests, and orders placed after hours this will help ensure we are meeting your expectations. Please note most funeral homes request delivery THREE hours prior to service. 

It is our policy to call ahead to verify that someone will be home to accept residentail deliveries-we will leave a message and/or place a notice in the mailbox if no one is home. During our busy seasons we will attempt to reach recipient, if after two attempts there is no response the sender will be contacted. Due to the ever changing weather in our area it is not advised to leave flowers without permission from the recipient. There is an added delivery fee if our driver makes more than one attempt at delivery due to incorrect address/information provided by sender.

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.
